The IMI Project AETIONOMY ‘Fourth General Assembly’ Meeting

On behalf of the Coordinators of the AETIONOMY Project, we invite you to register below for the 4th General Assembly meeting. We have changed the format considerably this year as you can see from the proposed agenda and will have a poster session as well which we will send information on at the beginning of September. This is always a valuable opportunity to meet with our External Scientific Advisory Board and  review the work performed so far, the comments from the Interim Review and the plan for the work we have to deliver in our last year.

Please plan to arrive on the Morning of Thursday, 30 November to meet us at the Novartis Site in Basel promptly at 13:00 for a  Welcome coffee. The meeting will start promptly at 13h30 am followed by a poster session and Consortium dinner. We re-convene the morning of the 1st at 8:30 am and will finish the meeting by 14h30.

Please make your own travel arrangements for the meeting, including hotel and airport transfers in Novartis. All needed travel information and suggested hotels is on the travel document sheet at the end of the  attached agenda.

We remind our Steering Committee members that we will convene on the morning of the 30th November at 9am.

To our Advisory Board members, we will of course arrange all travel and accommodation on your behalf
